By booking or using any service provided by CleanzyHome ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
CleanzyHome provides professional home cleaning services in Pune, Maharashtra, including but not limited to:
- Home deep cleaning
- Kitchen cleaning
- Bathroom cleaning
- Sofa and carpet cleaning
- Pest control
Service availability is subject to area coverage and team availability at the time of booking.
3. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after you receive an explicit confirmation via call or WhatsApp from our team. Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are indicative and may vary based on the actual size and condition of your home. The final price will be confirmed before the service begins. We do not charge any hidden fees.
5. Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours notice: Free cancellation, no charges apply.
- Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply.
- Same-day cancellation: 50% of the service cost may be charged to cover team mobilisation.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure a responsible adult is present at the premises during the service.
- Secure valuables and fragile items before the team arrives.
- Provide access to water and electricity.
- Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products before the service.
7. Liability
CleanzyHome takes great care while providing services. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to property or surfaces
- Damage caused by items not secured by the customer
- Items not disclosed to our team prior to service
Any claims for damage must be raised within 24 hours of service completion, with supporting photographic evidence.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected area at no additional cost, subject to verification.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
